M Pharm / B Pharm qualification with 1 – 10 years of experience with pharmaceutical production from reputed organizations engaged in manufacturing Oral Liquids, Oral Solids and Topical formulations. Updated knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies with experience in production planning, exposure to WHO-GMP norms, documentation skills and people management skills will be essential.
M Pharm / B Pharm / M Sc (Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 1 year and more experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control functions from reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations.
Strong conceptual knowledge in the area of work experience, updated WHO-GMP norms, documentation skills, updation of knowledge in customer quality norms, process compliance, regulations and procedures, ability to train shop floor staff and exposure to computerized environment will be essential.
M Pharm / M Tech with 1 year and more experience in Formulation Development / Analytical Development in R&D / Product Development Function from reputed pharmaceutical organizations.
Strong conceptual knowledge, updated information level in product formulation & analytical development process and standards, ICH guidelines, training & exposure to WHO-GMP norms, documentation skills, orientation to process compliance including confidentiality and ability to work with teams will be essential.
M Pharm / B Pharm / M Sc with minimum 1 year and more experience in Regulatory Affairs function from Medium / Large Scale Pharmaceutical organization with good exposure to domestic licensing procedure, loan licensing, licensing / approvals in regulated countries / ROW Markets.
Strong orientation in regulatory requirements in India and overseas countries with country specific documentation, inter-department coordination, follow-up and coordination with regulatory authorities, exposure to regulatory norms, continuous updation of knowledge in regulatory requirements etc will be essential.
B Pharm / B Sc with Post Graduation in Management with 2 years and more experience in Marketing / Product Management function. Hands-on experience in product launch / product training, preparation of promotional material, and related areas will be essential. Prior experience in pharma sales will be an added advantage.
Strong aptitude for marketing, strong oral and written communication skills, creative mindset, ability to undertake frequent outstation travel, computer skills, data analysis skills and continuous updation of knowledge in pharmaceutical market space will be essential.
B Sc with aptitude for pharmaceutical sales Promotion with 1 year and more experience in pharmaceutical product sales in reputed medium / large pharmaceutical organizations. Fresh graduates in Science with interest and aptitude for field sales can also apply for openings for positions across India.
Strong oral communication skills, aptitude for career in pharma sales, fluency in spoken English, customer orientation, team orientation, dress sense, personal hygiene & upkeep, ability to undertake daily local travel etc will be essential for entry level positions.
For higher positions, apart from the above factors, people management skills, analytical skills, result orientation, strong communication skills, ability to undertake frequent travel, ability to identify, train and motivate field staff, distributor/ stockist management and related coordination capability will be essential.
M Com/ B Com with 1 year and more experience in Finance / Accounts function from reputed organizations. Candidates with CA / ICWA qualifications with experience will be considered for middle & senior level positions.
Strong conceptual knowledge, hand-on experience in specific areas of finance/accounting besides exposure to computerized atmosphere especially in SAP or ERP implemented environment will be essential.
Graduates with preferably post diploma in Materials Management from recognized institutions with 1 year and above experience in Material / Purchase function with exposure in Raw material / Packing Material / Engineering procurement from reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations.
Strong conceptual knowledge in materials management, communication skills, negotiation skills, exposure to inventory control, vendor development, experience in working with computerized environment and SAP or any ERP driven purchase operations will be essential.
Post Graduation in HR / MSW / MBA with specialization in HR qualification with minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing & marketing organizations.
Strong conceptual knowledge in HR function, good oral & written communication skills, people- orientation and exposure to computerized environment will be essential. Experience in medium /large pharmaceutical organizations will be an added advantage.
Graduates / PG with minimum 1 year or more experience in Distribution / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Warehousing functions in pharmaceutical/ FMCG organizations.
Exposure to computerized work environment, effective communication and man management skills will be must. Proficiency in more Indian languages will be an advantage for positions involving communication with pan-India distribution channel partners / field staff.
Graduates / PG with minimum 1 year or more experience in Sales Administration function with exposure to Sales MIS, Daily Reports, CRM, Communication and Coordination with field staff in small/medium/large pharmaceutical organizations. Computer skills and effective communication will be a must.
